Republic Act No. 4508

An Act Amending a Certain Item in Republic Act Numbered Thirty-One Hundred and One Regarding Capital Improvements to be Financed from Bond Issues or Loans in the Municipality of Badian, Province of Cebu

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Item No. 3-G, 20, Irrigation-Hydroelectric Water Supply Project, Badian, Cebu, on page two hundred seventy-one of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and one, is amended to read as follows:

"30. Hydroelectric Project, Badian, Cebu ₱200,000.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
