Republic Act No. 4509

An Act to Amend a Certain Item in Republic Act Numbered Thirty-Eight Hundred and Forty-Six Regarding the Construction of Hydro-Electric Plant in the Municipality of Badian, Province of Cebu

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Item 3, page 510, Listing B, Group II, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and forty-six (Short-term Rural Progress Projects Under Socio-Economic Program), is amended to read as follows:

"3. Hydro-Electric Plant, Barrio Basak, Badian. Construction, improvement and/or repair ₱205,000.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
