An Act Enlarging the Territory of the Municipality of Mabinay, Province of Negros Oriental

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The barrios of Pandanon, Dahili, Samac, and Namangka in the Municipality of Manjuyod, and the barrios of Tara, Campanon-an, Pantao, Cansaling, Dagbasan, Bagtic, Mayaposi, and Mambaja in the Municipality of Bais, all in the Province of Negros Oriental, are separated from said municipalities and are transferred and made part of the Municipality of Mabinay.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
