Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The name of Itawes Agricultural College in the Municipality of Piat, Province of Cagayan, is hereby changed to the Northern Luzon State College of Agriculture.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved: June 17, 1967.
