Republic Act No. 5012

An Act Changing the Name of Borongan Pilot Elementary School in the Municipality of Borongan, Province of Samar, to Eugenio S. Daza Pilot Elementary School

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Borongan Pilot Elementary School in the Municipality of Borongan, Province of Samar, is hereby changed to Eugenio S. Daza Pilot Elementary School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
