Republic Act No. 5098

An Act Changing the Name of Sipalay Central Elementary School in the Municipality of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental, to Genaro P. Alvarez Elementary School

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Sipalay Central Elementary School in the Municipality of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby changed to Genaro P. Alvarez Elementary School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
