Republic Act No. 5199

An Act Changing the Name of the Kabankalan Maternity Hospital in the Municipality of Kabankalan, Province of Negros Occidental, to Dr. Gumersindo Garcia, Sr. Memorial Hospital

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Kabankalan Maternity Hospital, in the Municipality of Kabankalan, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby changed to Dr. Gumersindo Garcia, Sr. Memorial Hospital.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
