Republic Act No. 5213

An Act Establishing a Trade High School in the Municipality of Giporlos, Province of Samar, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established, a trade high school in the Municipality of Giporlos, Province of Samar.

Section 2. The Director of Vocational Education, who shall exercise supervision over said school, is hereby authorized to locate and acquire, or cause to be located and acquired, the site thereof which shall have an area of about six to eight hectares within the Municipality of Giporlos.

Section 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
