Republic Act No. 5220

An Act Providing for the Establishment of an Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Tuao, Province of Cagayan, to be Known as Tuao Emergency Hospital and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Tuao, Province of Cagayan, to be known as Tuao Emergency Hospital.

Section 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said emergency hospital for fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
