An Act Creating Two Addition Branches of the City Court of Ozamis, Amending for the Purpose Section Seventy-Five of the Charter of Said City

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The first paragraph of Section seventy-five of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred thirty-one, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Ozamis, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Sec. 75. Regular, auxiliary and acting judges of city courts.— There shall be a city for the City of Ozamis for which there shall be appointed three judges and auxiliary city judge."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
