An Act Creating Three Positions of Assistant City Fiscal for the City of Laoag, Amending for the Purpose of Section Seventy-Two of the Charter of Said City

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The first paragraph of Section seventy-two of Republic Act Numbered Forty five and eighty-four, otherwise known as the "Charter of the City of Laoag," is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Sec. 72. The City Fiscal—His assistants—His Powers and duties.— The law department shall consist of the city fiscal and three assistants who shall discharge their duties under the general supervision of the Secretary of Justice.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
