An Act Making the Municipality of Solana, Province of Cagayan, as the Seat of the Highway Engineering District of the Second Congressional District of the Said Province

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The Municipality of Solana, Province of Cagayan, is hereby made the seat of the highway engineering district of the second congressional district of the same province.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
