Republic Act No. 5306

An Act Naming the Public Elementary School at Kaimo Street, Barrio Taft, Municipality of Surigao, Province of Surigao del Norte, Ricardo Navarro Memorial Elementary School

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The public elementary school at Kaimo Street, Barrio Taft, Municipality of Surigao, Province of Surigao del Norte, is hereby named Ricardo Navarro Memorial Elementary School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
