An Act Converting the Medina High School in the Municipality of Medina, Province of Misamis Oriental, into a National Comprehensive High School to be Known as the Medina National Comprehensive High School and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

An Act Creating Two Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Misamis Oriental, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The provisions of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Misamis Oriental, is further amended to read as follows:

"Oriental Misamis, eight assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
