An Act Establishing a Stock Farm in the Municipality of Abuyog, Province of Leyte, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. There is hereby established under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, an animal stock farm in the Municipality of Abuyog, Province of Leyte, at a suitable site that may be reserved or acquired for the purpose.

Section 2. The Director of Animal Industry, with the approval of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

Section 3. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said stock farm for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
