An Act Changing the Name of the Dao Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Dao, Province of Antique, to Tobias Fornier Memorial Hospital

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Dao Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Dao, Province of Antique, is hereby changed and hereafter to be known as the Tobias Fornier Memorial Hospital.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
