RA 5456 - An Act Establishing a Cattle Breeding Station in the Municipality of Balangkayan, Province of Samar, and Authorâizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 5456
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established a cattle breeding station in the Municipality of Balangkayan, Province of Samar, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry.
Section 2
The Director of Animal Industry shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
Section 3
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said station for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
