Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The following  hums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to defray the expenses of the Court of Appeals in implementing the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-two hundred four, entitled "An Act to amend Sections twenty-four, thirty-two, thirty-three, and thirty-seven of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred ninety-six, otherwise known as 'The Judiciary Act of 1948,' as amended, and for other purposes," which created two new divisions of the Court of Appeals for the fiscal year nine­teen hundred sixty-nine.

I. Personal Services	March 1 to June 30, 1969 (for four months)
1. Six Associate justices at ₱24,000.00	₱48,000.00
2. Six private secretaries at ₱9,000.00	18,000.00
3. Six attorneys at ₱7,200.00	14,400.00
4. Six stenographers at ₱4,800.00	9,600.00
5. Six janitors-messengers at ₱2,940.00	5,880.00
Total for personal services	₱95,880.00
II. Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses
1. Traveling expenses of Justices including reimbursement for the use of their privately owned automobiles in connection with their attendance at the Court Session commutable monthly, but not to exceed ₱200 per month	₱4.800.00
2. Traveling- Expenses	17,280.00
3. Supplies and materials	15,320.00
4. Sundry expenses, including the repair and renovation of six (6) offices and rental for six cottages for the Associate Justices	50,000.00

III. Equipment
Equipment Outlay	₱120,000.00

IV. Special Purpose
1. For per diems of six (6) Justices and other personnel of the newly-created divisions of the Court of Appeals	₱59,760.00

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
