Republic Act No. 5473

AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS TO IMPLEMENT REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-TWO HUNDRED FOUR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The following  hums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to defray the expenses of the Court of Appeals in implementing the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-two hundred four, entitled "An Act to amend Sections twenty-four, thirty-two, thirty-three, and thirty-seven of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred ninety-six, otherwise known as 'The Judiciary Act of 1948,' as amended, and for other purposes," which created two new divisions of the Court of Appeals for the fiscal year nine­teen hundred sixty-nine.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
