RA 5482 - An Act Creating Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Camarines Norte, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Revised Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Camarines Norte, is further amended to read as follows:
"Camarines Norte, four assistant provincial fiscals: Provided, That the two assistant provincial fiscals shall be assigned to the second branch of the Court of First Instance of Camarines Norte with station at the Municipality of Labo."
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
