AN ACT CREATING A NEW POSITION OF A MUNICIPAL JUDGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF OROQUIETA, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Any provision of law to the contrary not-withstanding, there is hereby created a new position of municipal judge in the Municipality of Oroquieta, Province of Misamis Occidental.

Within thirty days from the approval of this Act, appointment to the new position herein created shall be made.

Section 2. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
