Republic Act No. 5540

AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative" Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Palawan, is further amended to read .as follows.

"Palawan, four assistant provincial fiscals;

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
