RA 5593 - An Act Converting the Sitio of Triangulo in the Barrio of Tabuco, Naga City, Into a Barrio to Be Known as Barrio Triangulo
Republic Act No. 5593
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Sitio Triangulo is hereby separated from the barrio of Tabuco, Naga City, and converted into a distinct and independent barrio to be known as Barrio Triangulo.
Section 2
The Barrio of Triangulo shall be bounded on the North by an imaginary line from the present residence of Victorio Alpapara running Eastward through the Biak-na-bato Resthouse, Bahay ng Manggagawa up to the present residence of Antonio Sierra; on the East, by the present residence of Antonio Sierra to Concepcion Pequeiia boundary; on the South by the Concepcion Pequena boundary and on the West by the residence of Victorio Alpapara up to the present property of Borbor.
Section 3
Within thirty days from the approval of this Act, a special election shall be held in the new barrio for the election of its officers, who shall hold office until the next regular barrio elections.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
