Republic Act No. 5622

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF DALIAON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN TORIL DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY, TO JUAN DE LA CRUZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of Daliaon Elementary School in Toril District, Davao City, is hereby changed to Juan de la Cruz Elementary School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
