RA 5654 - An Act Creating Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Cebu, Amending for This Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Revised Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The provision of Section sixteen hundred 1 seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Cebu, is further amended to read as follows:
"Cebu, twenty-four assistant provincial fiscals;"
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
