Republic Act No. 5727
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The term of the franchise granted to Carlos Nable, under Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred six, to install and operate a water supply system in the Municipality of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, is hereby extended for a period of twenty-five years from the date of its expiration.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 21, 1969.
