Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The municipal board of Angeles City is hereby authorized to include in its annual budget a reasonable appropriation of money for the living allowance of its public school teachers.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, June 21, 1969.
