AN ACT AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FORTY-TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN BY CONVERTING THE CALOLBON CHEST CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ANDRES, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES, INTO A HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS JUAN M. ALBERTO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Forty-two hundred sixty-seven is amended to read as follows:

"Section 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services a hospital in the Municipality of San Andres, Province of Catanduanes, to be known as the Juan M. Alberto Memorial Hospital."

Section 2. All appropriations heretofore authorized for the Calolbon Chest Center, sites, buildings, equipment and all other properties appertaining to the said chest center shall accrue to the Juan M. Alberto Memorial Hospital provided in Section one of this Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
