Republic Act No. 5924

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The barrios of Kisolon and San Vicente of the Municipality of Impasugong and the sitio of Damay of the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Province of Bukidnon, including all of the territories bounded by the Kulaman, Tagoloan and Alalum rivers in the west, north and east, respectively, and on the south by the present boundary of the Municipality of Sumilao, are hereby segregated from their respective municipalities and transferred to the Municipality of Sumilao, Province of Bukidnon.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 21, 1969.
