RA 5948 - An Act Creating Eight Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Rizal, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The provision of Section one thousand six hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Rizal, is further amended to read as follows:
"Rizal, twenty-one assistant provincial fiscals;"
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 21, 1969.
