Section 1. Item four of title M
Department of Health. - Special Purposes of section one of Republic Act Numbered Five hundred and seventy-five is hereby amended to read as follows:
| "4. | For expenses in connection with the maintenance, operation and purchase of equipment and materials for the manufacture of BCG vaccines in the Alabang Laboratories and for the immunization and protection of the population, especially children, throughout the Philippines against tuberculosis | P300,000.00" |
Section 2
This Act shall take effect on January 1, 1951.
