Republic Act No. 6032

AN ACT FIXING THE SALARIES OF JUDGES OF THE COURTS OF AGRARIAN RELATIONS, CIRCUIT CRIMINAL COURTS AND JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The annual salary of Regional District Judges of the Courts of Agrarian Relations, and the Judges of the Circuit Criminal Courts and the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts is hereby fixed at twenty-three thousand pesos; and that of the Executive Judge of the Courts of Agrarian Relations at Twenty-four thousand pesos.

Section 2. Such sum as maybe necessary is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to provide for the salary increase authorized in Section one hereof.

Section 3. All laws or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby amended accordingly.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
