Republic Act No. 6047

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Lanao del Norte, is further amended to read as follows:

"Lanao del Norte, five assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2

There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of sixteen thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the share of the National Government for the positions provided for in this Act for the current fiscal year. Thereafter, similar appropriations for the succeeding fiscal years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
