RA 606 - An Act to Authorize the Appropriation of Fifteen Thousand Pesos for the Establishment of a Breeding Station in the Municipality of Basco, Province of Batanes

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The sum of fifteen thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment of a breeding station in the municipality of Basco, Province of Batanes, said sum to be spent by the Director of Animal Industry, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, for the purchase of breeding animals, supplies, materials, for labor for the construction of the station and for the salary of necessary personnel for the ensuing year.
Section 2
The land to be used or that will be needed for the station will be furnished by the municipality.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
