RA 6063 - An Act Fixing the Salaries of Officers and Employees of the Court of Tax Appeals, and for Other Purposes
Republic Act No. 6063
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Any provision of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding, the annual salaries of the Judges and employees of the Court of Tax Appeals occupying positions mentioned in this Section, with their corresponding item numbers before their positions as indicated in Republic Act Numbered Fifty-one hundred seventy, the General Appropriations Act for the fiscal year 1967-68, shall be fixed as follows:
Office of the Judges

One Clerk of Court (administrative officer, reporter and sheriff) 14,000.00 Budget and Personnel Section

Section 2
Upon the effectivity of this Act, the respective Judge and employee actually occupying any of the positions herein provided shall be entitled to the salary provided for said position without need of new appointment.
Section 3
In addition to such sums as may be provided in the General Appropriations Act for the fiscal year 1968-1969, there is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the national treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act: Provided, That if savings are realized by the Court of Tax Appeals from its annual appropriations for the said fiscal year 1968-1969 and subsequent fiscal years, the adjustment of salaries provided for by this Act shall be implemented out of these savings. Thereafter, the same shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
