Section 2

Except those contrary to the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Seven hundred and thirty, all other provisions of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one governing the procedure of issuing titles shall apply in the disposition of the parcels above-described to the beneficiaries of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
