Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The name of Tagbilaran Elementary School in Barrio Doña Regina, Municipality of Santa Maria, Province of Davao del Sur, is hereby changed to Doña Regina Elementary School.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved: November 9, 1970.
