An Act Constituting the Province of La Union into Two Public Works Engineering Districts

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the Province of La Union is hereby constituted into two public works engineering districts. The first public works engineering district shall comprise the first representative district with main office in the Municipality of San Fernando, and the public works engineering district shall comprise the second representative district with main office in the Municipality of Agoo.

Section 2. Each engineering district shall have one district engineer who shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
