AN ACT CREATING BARRIO BAGUMBAYAN NORTE IN THE CITY OF NAGA

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Sitio Bagumbayan Norte, City of Naga, is hereby constituted into a barrio to be known as Barrio Bagumbayan Norte.

Section 2. The Barrio of Bagumbayan Norte shall be bounded on the North by the boundary line between the Municipality of Canaman and the City of Naga; on the east, by Barrio Calawag; on the south, by the culvert beside De Jesus' residence; on the west, by the boundary line between the Municipality of Canaman and the City of Naga.

Section 3. The new barrio officials shall be appointed by the City Mayor, and they shall hold office until their successors are elected in the next regular barrio elections.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
