Republic Act No. 6178

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

Sitio Lerma, City of Naga, is hereby constituted into a barrio to be known as Barrio Lerma.

Section 2

The Barrio of Lerma shall be bounded on the North by Panganiban River from the present residence of Lucas Villesca going Eastward of Panganiban Road to the Naga City Shell Service Station; on the East by the present residence of Mr. Loquinario running Northeast to the present residence of Mr. Fortuna following a horizontal line to the present residence of Mr. Pedro Pontejos; on the South from the residence of Diego Nugal going East traversing the PNR tracks up to the residence of Pedro Pontejos; on the West by Naga City River from Panganiban Bridge down to Naric warehouse.

Section 3

The new barrio officials shall be appointed by the City Mayor, and they shall hold office until their successors are elected in the next regular barrio elections.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
