Republic Act No. 6226

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of  Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The sitio of Salvacion in the Municipality of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the Barrio of  Salvacion.

The Barrio of Salvacion shall be bounded as follows:

"On the North, by the boundaries of the municipalities of Panabo and Carmen; on the East, beginning from the lot of Mr. Nicolas Lucedra running north parallel to the National Highway; on the South, by the Poblacion of Panabo; and on the West, beginning from the land of Dr. Jose Tongson running north parallel to the National Highway."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
