RA 6232 - An Act Creating Barrio Peñafrancia in the City of Naga
Republic Act No. 6232
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Sitio Peñafrancia, City of Naga, is hereby constituted into a barrio to be known as Barrio Peñafrancia.
Section 2
The Barrio of Peñafrancia shall be bounded on the North by the Catholic Cemetery; on the East, by Naga River; on the South, by Santoja Street; and on the West, by Jacob Street.
Section 3
The new barrio officials shall be appointed by the City Mayor, and they shall hold office until their successors are elected in the next regular barrio elections.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
