AN ACT CREATING BARRIO PEÑAFRANCIA IN THE CITY OF NAGA

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Sitio Peñafrancia, City of Naga, is hereby constituted into a barrio to be known as Barrio Peñafrancia.

Section 2. The Barrio of Peñafrancia shall be bounded on the North by the Catholic Cemetery; on the East, by Naga River; on the South, by Santoja Street; and on the West, by Jacob Street.

Section 3. The new barrio officials shall be appointed by the City Mayor, and they shall hold office until their successors are elected in the next regular barrio elections.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
