RA 6243 - An Act Creating Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Batangas, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred and Seventy-Four of the Revised Administrative Code, as Amended.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Batangas, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"Batangas, fourteen assistant provincial fiscals;"
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
