Republic Act No. 6266

AN ACT DECLARING MALINDANG MOUNTAIN IN THE ISLAND OF MINDANAO A NATIONAL PARK AND WATERSHED AREA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Malindang Mountain in the Island of Mindanao is hereby declared a national park and watershed area, without prejudice to rights already acquired and held by private persons in that area.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
