Republic Act No. 6318

AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ANIMAL BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF OAS, PROVINCE OF ALBAY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision and control of the Director of Animal Industry, an animal breeding station in the Municipality of Oas, Province of Albay.

Section 2. The Director of Animal Industry shall organize the animal breeding station established under this Act and shall issue such orders, rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said animal breeding station and to otherwise carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
