An Act to Regulate Rentals for Two Years, of Dwelling Units or of Land on Which Another's Dwelling Is Located and Penalizing Violations Thereof, and for Other Purposes

AN ACT NATIONALIZING BATANGAS PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Batangas Provincial High School located at the City of Batangas is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as Batangas National High School.  Only academic courses shall be offered in said school.

Section 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

Section 3. The sum of five hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school, including the salaries of the school personnel, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy, and all assets, liabilities, personnel, equipment and records of Batangas Provincial High School shall be transferred to Batangas National High School.  Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
