Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, an animal breeding station at a suitable site between the Municipalities of Bauang and Naguilian, Province of La Union to be known as the La Union Animal Breeding Station.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said breeding station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-three. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
