Republic Act No. 6549

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The transfer of all the rights of Susano B. Maxilom, under Republic Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and thirty-two, entitled "An Act granting Susano B. Maxilom a franchise to construct, operate and maintain radio broadcasting stations and stations for television in the Philippines," in favor of Eastern Broadcasting Corporation, is approved.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, August 26, 1972.
