AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN BARRIO CUMADCAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CASTILLA, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, TO BE KNOWN AS CUMADCAD EMERGENCY HOSPITAL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established an emergency hospital in the barrio of Cumadcad in the Municipality of Castilla, Province of Sorsogon, to be known as the Cumadcad Emergency Hospital.

Section 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-three.  Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance thereof shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
