Republic Act No. 6609

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The sums appropriated in items (a), (b), (c), (l), (m), (n), and (o), pages 1936-1937, subparagraph 18, for the Province of Capiz, paragraph "a", Title M, Section four of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-nine hundred seventy-nine, to wit:

"(a)	Dumalag Electrification System (including purchase of equipment and supplies)	P1,000,000
"(b)	Jamindan Electrification System (including purchase of equipment and supplies)	1,000,000
"(c)	T a p a z Electrification System (including purchase of equipment and supplies)	1,000,000
"(l)	Mambusao Electrification System (including purchase of equipment and supplies)	3,000,000
"(m)	Sapian Electrification System (including- purchase of equipment and supplies)	2,000,000
"(n)	Sigma Electrification System (including purchase of equipment and supplies)	3,000,000
"(o)	Jagnaya Electrification System (including purchase of equipment and supplies), Jamindan	600,000"

are hereby reappropriated in accordance with the following sections.

Section 2

Subparagraph 18, for the Province of Capiz, page 9, paragraph "a", Title A, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-nine hundred seventy-nine, is amended by adding thereto a new item which shall read as follows:

(1)	Provincial Capitol of Capiz including acquisition of site	4,000,000"

Section 3

Subparagraph 18, for the Province of Capiz, page 219, paragraph "c", Title B, Section one of the same Act is amended by adding thereto a new item which shall read as follows:

"(ez)	Tapaz Bridge	450,000"

Section 4

Subparagraph 18, Group II, page 1063, paragraph "a" Section two of the same Act is amended by adding thereto the following new items which shall read as follows:

"(db)	Dumalag various public works projects	350,000
"(dc)	Jamindan various public works projects	350,000
"(dd)	Mambusao various public works projects	400,000
"(de)	Sapian various public works projects	350,000
“(df)	Sigma various public works projects	350,000
"(dg)	Tapaz various public works projects	150,000
“(dh)	Villareal Hall of Justice, Mambusao	200,000

Section 5

Page 1984, paragraph "b", Title J, Section five of the same Act is amended by adding thereto a new item which shall read as follows:

“815.	Port of Sapian, Capiz	3,000,000"

Section 6

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
