AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE TIBUNGCO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN DAVAO CITY TO FRANCISCO BUSTAMANTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Tibungco Elementary School in Davao City shall be known as the Francisco Bustamante Elementary School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
